if that piece of advice was from your mom, then "YAY aunty afzan!" :)i don't think i've thought about it that way...it actually makes heaps of sense...now if only i can implement it into my life...:)
the first part from a book la, bt the rest are all hers. i think! bt yeah, it makes sense but to actually practice it real life, haih. its easy said than done. :)
i know....that just bites!i mean, if only there was an easy solution for how to make ourselves happy/content with what we have....
